Lost Bill
Soledad Rojas is a 26-year-old Latina from Watsonville, California. Daughter to two Mexican immigrants, she is the first woman in her family to pursue a degree in higher education.
It may not seem like a story unlike many others, but for Soledad, it has been an uphill battle to get this far. When she was 3 years old, she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
Despite enduring incessant pain and tremendous physical challenges, she refuses to allow anything to stand in the way of her dreams of graduating and becoming a broadcast journalist.
